Internal Sales Representative

Polytec are looking for an Internal Sales Representative for our client based just north of Cambridge.

Responsibilities:

* Facilitate pipeline management, working to maintain the data integrity of CRM/ERP and forecasting
* Engage actively with clients, customers and partners
* Ensuring customers and partners receive an exceptional level of service
* Obtain pricing and technical information required
* Manage general queries raised from customers and partners
* Travel and visit current and potential customers as required
* Identify opportunities for additional support
* Act as a go-to person for the region, providing communication with customers
Requirements:

* At least 3 years' experience in Sales support or Sales administration
* Proven understanding of sales, operations and marketing departments within an organisation
* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both external and internal customers
* IT literate with experience in Excel based tools, CRM and standard Office software
* Ability to learn new programs and applications
* Ability to understand and forecast customers' needs
* Analytical with good problem-solving skills, using initiative to find solutions
* Full, clean driving licence, your own car and a valid passport. (Travel expenses reimbursed).
