GC Field Service Engineer

Salary: £35k - £50k + Vehicle + Healthcare

Location: Cambridgeshire

 

nGeniums partner, an innovative manufacturer of bespoke gas chromatography and lab automation systems is looking for an experienced candidate with gas chromatography experience to join their team as a Gas Chromatography specialist Field Service Engineer.

 

This exciting opportunity is offering direct training on their full suite of standard and bespoke gas chromatographs enabling the ability to perform: troubleshooting, fault finding, service, preventative maintenance and support.

 

In this role you can expect:

  • Field & In house service engineering responsibilities
  • 50/50 split between travelling and site
  • Troubleshooting, fault finding, service, preventative maintenance and support on gas chromatography and lab automation systems.
  • Providing training and support to customers worldwide.

 

A suitable candidate for this position would need:

  • 2 years minimum experience servicing/maintaining gas analysis equipment as a service engineer or lab technician
  • Educational background in science, chemistry or engineering
  • Full UK driving license and full UK right to work
  • The ability to travel internationally
