- Investigate and manage ASB cases from report through to resolution.
- Liaise with residents, police and partner agencies to address ASB issues effectively.
- Prepare evidence and documentation for legal proceedings and attend court where required.
- Utilise appropriate enforcement tools and interventions in line with current legislation.
- Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with data protection and safeguarding policies.
- Proven experience in ASB case management within a housing or local authority setting.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation including Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with vulnerable individuals and key partners.
- Enhanced DBS required.
