Job Title – Anti-Social Behaviour OfficerLocation – Cambridgeshire areaContract – TemporaryHours – Full timeRole summary –We are currently recruiting for a proactive and experienced Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to join a local authority on a temporary basis. You will take the lead in managing complex ASB cases and delivering effective resolutions, working closely with a range of internal teams and external partners.Salary – £26.63 per hour (LTD)Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and manage ASB cases from report through to resolution.
  • Liaise with residents, police and partner agencies to address ASB issues effectively.
  • Prepare evidence and documentation for legal proceedings and attend court where required.
  • Utilise appropriate enforcement tools and interventions in line with current legislation.
  • Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with data protection and safeguarding policies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in ASB case management within a housing or local authority setting.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation including Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with vulnerable individuals and key partners.
  • Enhanced DBS required.
