A global brand, whose research offices are based in Cambridge is seeking a graduate to join a small computer vision algorithm team who are doing exciting work with data sets from images and videos.
This will be a hands-on role, where you will be responsible for the creation and management of various data sets. You will be working in a new data capture lab and be responsible for the set-up, from taking and understanding the team's requirements, using the equipment supplied through to architecting and building the software.
This will be a great opportunity for you to work with automation's and robotics where you will be supported and allowed to develop your skills.
Key skills / experience for the role:
- Educational background in machine learning
- Strong Python skills for development and automation's
- Comfortable with hands-on experience in a lab environment
- Experience training ML models with large data sets
If you have an interest in robotics and / or experience within computer vision / graphics, this would be a great role for you.
Equally, although you will be supported in this role, you'll be working on your own in the lab, so will need to be self-driven, be able to work autonomously when required and demonstrate a strong interest in developing new skills.
