About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join our dedicated team in Cambridge starting in January 2025. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse group of students, providing tailored support to ensure their academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of students with SEN.
Adapt teaching strategies to cater to individual learning styles and requirements.
Provide emotional and behavioural support to students, fostering a positive learning environment.
Work collaboratively with other staff members, including teaching assistants and SEN coordinators.
Monitor and track students' progress, providing regular feedback to parents and guardians.
Help develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students.

About You:

Qualified teacher status (QTS) and experience working with children with Special Educational Needs.
A compassionate, patient, and flexible approach to teaching.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and parents.
A genuine passion for helping children achieve their best in both academic and social settings.
