About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join our dedicated team in Cambridge starting in January 2025. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse group of students, providing tailored support to ensure their academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of students with SEN.
  • Adapt teaching strategies to cater to individual learning styles and requirements.
  • Provide emotional and behavioural support to students, fostering a positive learning environment.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members, including teaching assistants and SEN coordinators.
  • Monitor and track students' progress, providing regular feedback to parents and guardians.

  • Qualified teacher status (QTS) and experience working with children with Special Educational Needs.
