Admin Assistant - Part Time
Office Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8am to 4pm
Pay: 12.21 per hour
Contract until July 2026
We are currently recruiting for a part-time general office administrator to join our clients' busy, friendly building contractors and shopfitting company. This role is extremely varied and is office based only. We are looking for an experienced, energetic and highly organised person, based at their site office in Cambridge to administer PPM / Reactive works.
- General Administrative Duties
- Maintaining schedules
- Raising contract job numbers
- EVOMx Document management
- Updating client and system portals
- Signing off invoices on EVOMx
- Emailing / organising planned and reactive works
- Updating lists
- Any Ad-hoc duties required
Skills required:
- Computer literate - Microsoft package - proficient with emails and excel
- Good communication skills
- Good literacy skills
- Prompt time keeping
Must be:
- Highly organised
- Enthusiastic, motivated, friendly
- Uses initiative
- Hard working
- Team player
Training on client systems provided.
