Senior Project Manager
  • £450-£600 per day - Inside IR35

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Digital IT, eCommerce, SEO, and Marketing. This role requires a holistic approach to project management, focusing on digital, IT, and functional change communications. The ideal candidate will be adept at executing projects swiftly while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

You will be managing the website redesign, bringing your strong experience of cross collaboration between Digital, Marketing and wider teams, to ensure the effective delivery of this project within scope and budget. 

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage the end-to-end programme delivery process, from initiation to closure, ensuring deployment of solutions according to schedule, cost, and quality.
  • Lead daily management activities to keep teams on track with actions.
  • Develop and maintain programme plans, including estimates, dependencies, resource requirements, milestones, and critical path activities.
  • Ensure delivery standards are met and the programme is aligned with the PMO governance framework.
  • Identify, communicate, and mitigate programme risks, and work with teams to develop risk mitigation plans as necessary.
  • Proactively address challenges and roadblocks to keep the programme on track.
  • Establish quality assurance processes to ensure programme deliverables meet the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with executive and senior-level stakeholders to understand and influence requirements and expectations.
  • Establish and foster transparent and positive relationships with key senior stakeholders to ensure successful programme delivery.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on programme progress.
  • Work with Portfolio Management and team to prepare and present data on key performance indicators, milestones, and other relevant metrics.
  • Allocate and manage resources related to the programme effectively, addressing constraints and ensuring optimal delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in Digital IT, eCommerce, SEO, and Marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and influence executive-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with KPI-driven projects.
  • Experience in a senior project management role, ideally within a digital or IT-focused environment.
