Receptionist - Full Time

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join a large Construction company with their head office based in Cambridge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Representing the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Maintaining the reception area including tracking/monitoring visitors of the building
  • Management of incoming calls and emails, directing the contacts to the correct person
  • Preparation of post and managing postal requirements, Distribution of incoming parcels
  • Completing administrative tasks like filing and delivering and accepting mail
  • Cleaning, organising, and maintaining the reception area
  • Setting up meeting facilities, including arranging for catering
  • Ensure high standard is maintained within the reception responsibilities
  • Undertaking administration tasks to support accounts department such as ensuring completeness of returns from employees

Key Skills & Knowledge

  • A Team player with the ability to deal with a diverse range of personalities
  • Confident and competent communicator in both written and verbal mediums
  • Professional, personable and adaptable approach
  • Administrative experience across all Microsoft Office packages
  • Excellent organisational skills and high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritise workload

Experience

  • Previous reception experience preferable
