Salary: 30-32,000pa
Hours: 9-5.30pm Monday to Friday
Location: Cambridge (no parking)
You must be available to start ASAP (max 1 weeks notice)
This small, friendly company require a good all round Administrator who is happy to work on Reception but also to take on PA duties.
Duties:
- First point of contact for visitors
- Meet and greet guests
- Manage meeting rooms and diaries
- Arrange and liaise with facilities
- Arrange meetings
- Arrange travel requirements/accommodation
- Ad hoc admin duties
Your skills/knowledge:
- Previous PA experience
- Attention to detail
- Well organised
- Proactive
