My client is a reputable automotive repair centre specialising in high-end vehicle refurbishment, serving prestigious brands such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Audi. Their focus is on delivering exceptional quality and service, combining prestige standards with efficient volume capabilities.The successful candidate will prep vehicle panels prior to painting, including masking, removing corrosion, sanding, filling, priming and polishing. You will be able to assess and identify different finished coatings, You will ensure you quality check your work, ensuring there are no defects, and report any issues As a Bodyshop Prepper, you will:
  • Preparing vehicles for paint – This will include masking, priming, sanding, and cleaning panels.
  • Ensuring that there are no defects on the prepared panels.
  • Supporting other areas of the workshop where needed.
  • Assisting with the training of junior members of the team.
  • Have a high level of efficiency and attention to detail
  • Be able to work in a small team and as an individual
  • Quality check on completion to ensure there are no defects
  • Ability to work to targets and deadlines

The  Bodyshop Prepper youmust have the following:
