Are you a friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented individual ready to make an impact? My client in Cannock is seeking a Technical Internal Sales Representative to strengthen their team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting customers with technical guidance, interpreting product applications, and providing quotations for a broad portfolio of products within the electronics industry.
The Job Role:
- Technical liaison with customers regarding products and applications
- Providing quotations from the sales team
- To answer queries via the telephone / email and any other forms of communication
- To participate in regular on going training, that is required for both new systems and products
Requirements:
- Electrical qualifications preferred
- Ability to read/ interpret customer drawings / schedules would be advantageous but not essential
- Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to understand product developments/ standards
- Knowledge of Microsoft office/ dynamics or similar CRM systems
