Internal Sales Executive | B2B | £35k + £15k OTE + 5% bonus

We are looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join an exciting high-growth business in Norton Canes. This company have a vibrant and modern office space with 80 employees, having grown to a £30m turnover.

This role is focused on increasing efficiency across the sales process by managing inbound calls/leads, booking meetings for Sales Managers to attend, following up after the meetings are completed, preparing samples and quotes for new clients, and creating sales reports. This role does not require cold calling and would suit someone from a background in customer service, account management, sales support, or sales admin.

Salary: £35k + £15 OTE (paid monthly, scales up to 24k for high performance) + 5% of salary bonus (paid quarterly).

Location: Norton Canes, office based 5 days per week.

Duration: full time/permanent.
