Duties:

  • Customer Acquisition: Identifying and acquiring customers that rely on advanced temperature and Power solutions.
  • New Business Calls: Previous, Lapsed, and Framework customers.
  • Strategic Selling: Maximise and sell full range of equipment offering customers the best solution. Coordinating the sales processes from quotation through to order.
  • Market Penetration: Work to sales plans and be proactive in your approach.
  • Coordination: Work closely with Field Sales Representatives, Operations and customers.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales and bookings objectives.
  • CRM Management: Actively use a CRM system for managing pipeline and activity.
  • Stakeholder Management: Create and maintain relationships at key levels with internal and external sales representatives.

Experience:

  • Experience in a technical selling environment would be beneficial
  • Experience working with rental products would be beneficial
  • Positive customer-focused attitude with a proven ability to interact in a team environment
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different teams
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to handle objections and build trust
