Your areas of responsibilities:
- Order processing via phone, email and SAP
- Planning in deliveries and following up on logistics issues
- Supporting accounts payable and finance department
- Main contact for customers, key accounts and distribution partners
- Carry out administrative and organizational tasks
- Respond promptly to customer queries, handle and resolve complaints
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Develop thorough knowledge and confidence of the products and processes
- Upselling products and promotions
Your profile of qualification:
- Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
- Experience with B2B account management with knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Profound knowledge of MS Office.
- Must have SAP knowledge
- Excellent command on English
