Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Our client is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Administrator to join their team. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by providing timely and efficient administrative support.

The Role:

The Customer Care Administrator will play a crucial role in the company.

  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors
  • Load and manage sales orders and returns
  • Keep customer order statuses up to date using daily reports
  • Assist Key Account Managers and other sales colleagues
  • Liaise with third-party logistics companies to coordinate deliveries
  • Manage various administrative tasks, including mail processing and office upkeep
  • Provide customers with Proof of Delivery (POD) documents
  • Assist with machine breakdowns and tool rental processes
