Early Careers Teacher (NQT/ECT)

ABC Teachers are looking for ambitious Early Careers Teachers who can work full or part time on a flexible basis, in and around Hednesford beginning January 2025. We have a range of vacancies available which cover maternity contracts, year-long contracts, and temporary-to-permanent positions, as well as general day-to-day supply.
We are looking for teachers specialising in primary education who have experience within this sector of education.
Requirements
To be considered for the role, you will:
- Have a relevant QTS.
- Be able to secure recent, relevant, referenceable experience from the past two years – this can be placements.
- Have or be able to acquire a DBS on the update service.
- Be able to establish good relationships with both students and staff, and be able to understand different learning styles of students and adapt to this accordingly.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills with a polite and positive manner.
Pay
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are QTS status and experience we are able to obtain references for in a Primary School Setting.
