Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for Employee Relations? My client based in Cannock is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to support them on a 12-month FTC. This role will include playing an essential role in managing complex ER cases while keeping a customer-focused approach at all times.Key duties:

  • Provide advice to employees
  • Provide support and guidance on investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, appeals, absence management etc
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in policies and procedures
  • Support Business Partners with business objectives such as headcount requirements, performance issues, structure changes
  • Work in collaboration with recruitment, L&D, HR

Job details:

  • 12 month fixed-term contract
  • £45,000 per annum
  • Cannock, WS11 based

  • Must be fully, or working towards, CIPD qualified

What you'll need to succeed

  • Fully CIPD qualified (or at least working towards)
  • Minimum of 3 years working in an Employee Relations role
  • Experience working in a construction industry is advantageous
