Overview

Mitchell Adam are excited to announce their new collaboration with an established SME organisation in Cannock. This organisation has announced their intention to bring on a Finance Manager into the business. The role is newly formed and reports directly into the Financial Controller. As a Finance Manager you will get a fantastic level of autonomy and will get the opportunity to make a real mark on the finance function of this organisation. The role offers hybrid working and their offices are easily accessible due to their free on-site parking.

This organisation is eager to provide you with the facilities to be able to complete your role as effectively as possible, and provide close support to assist you in your transition. In this role you will be covering management account responsibilities such as preparing monthly management account packs and providing financial advice and reports to senior management.

Skills Required
  • To have experience producing monthly management account packs, including posting journals and completing reconciliations
  • To have a strong ability on Microsoft Excel, as you will be handling large data sets in this role.
  • To either be AAT Qualified, partway through your ACCA or CIMA Qualification, or to consider yourself "Qualified by Experience"
  • To be confident and detail oriented, as you will be presenting data and analysing finances of your branch.
