The Role:
As a Finance Manager, you will have a range of responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts and oversee month-end processes
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
- Oversee purchase/payment and sales ledgers, and bank balances
- Prepare VAT returns, audit packs, and financial statements
- Analyse financial performance and advise management on financial decisions
The Candidate:
The ideal Finance Manager candidate will possess:
- Experience in managing accounting teams and crafting financial strategies
- Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Ability to prepare financial reports and oversee ledgers
- A proactive attitude with a focus on driving business forward
