Sonic Summary

Our client, a WOM broker specializing in New Builds, is seeking a Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join their team.
The role involves advising customers on suitable mortgage options and ensuring they are informed throughout the application process.
Candidates should ideally have experience as a new build mortgage advisor and must hold a CeMAP qualification.
The position offers a basic salary of £30,000 along with commission opportunities, including 15% on protection business and 50% on buildings and contents.
This is a fully remote position with occasional site visits, and candidates should have relevant experience in the field.

Our client is a WOM broker that specialises in New Builds but they also deal with FTB Home-Movers, Shared Ownership, BTL mortgages & protection. They are looking for a mortgage and protection advisor to join their team.

Mortgage & Protection Advisor Responsibilities;

Advise customers on the best mortgage for them
Ensure customers are fully informed throughout the process.
Work alongside an impression admin department to ensure the mortgage application is smooth for the customer.
Help the team continue to innovate outstanding mortgage advice technology by trialling new ideas and processes.

Experience needed to become a Mortgage & Protection Advisor;

Ideally experience as a new build mortgage advisor
CeMAP is required
