Our client, a growing market leading Company based in Staffordshire, are looking for a motivated, proactive Sales Coordinator with experienceproducing quotations and a proactive nature. An attractive basic salary of £27k- £28k will be offered to the suggesful candidate as well as the opportunity to earn bonuses in addition. No cold calling required- this role is purely working with existing customers and warm sales leads
The Sales Coordinator will be required to:-
- Work within a team, assisting with sales to Companies’ existing customer base.
- Producing quotations for equipment upgrades.
- Work closely with engineers to obtain information required for quotations.
- Follow up on quotations in order to generate sales.
- Log all quotations and client contact on the company CRM system.
- Raise Purchase Orders.
- Provide an excellent level of customer service.
- Complete required administration for each customer account.
- Work closely with the team leader and other colleagues to report on sales pipeline.
- Review existing customer accounts, identifying opportunities to increase sales.
The Sales Coordinator will have:-
- Experience in an internal sales related position.
- Experience producing quotations.
- Proven track record working with warm leads.
- Energy and drive with a results driven approach, with experience working to targets.
- Experience in an engineering or related environment (advantageous but not essential).
- Strong desire to work as part of a team.
- A persistent and professional nature.
- An ability to prioritise workload.
- A customer focused approach.
- An excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- A willingness to develop technical product knowledge.
- Good accuracy/ attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills.
- Good level of education.
- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Motivation to see jobs through to completion.
