A well established and reputable business is currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their team.

As a Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting Key Account Managers and external Sales Representatives in their pursuit to secure new business. You will act as an internal point of contact for both colleagues and clients, offering administrative support and proactively managing a busy sales pipeline.
You will work alongside an established team, focussing on a key territory, to successfully manage existing relationships whilst identifying and securing new business.
This is a support focussed role, you will be responsible for proactively following up on outstanding quotes and new business enquiries. You won’t be responsible for cold calling or telesales activity.
This role would be really well suited to an organised and proactive individual who enjoys interacting with clients and colleagues. Someone who is commercially minded and able to use their initiative to support the sales team in achieving their goals.

The Job - Sales Coordinator:
- Help develop and execute the sales plan for your territory, working alongside your team.
- Attend regular meetings with your colleagues and Sales Representatives to ensure team accountability, direction and productivity.
- Proactive outbound calls to customers and prospects to follow up on initial enquiries or outstanding quotes.
- Book and manage Sales Representatives’ customer appointments. Providing schedules and preparations, including samples, presentations, reports etc.
- Action immediate post-appointment handover including quote preparation, samples, next meeting etc.
- Work with the Sales Representatives’ to keep the HubSpot pipeline up to date.
- Produce sales reports for internal management.
- Assist other colleagues as and when necessary.
- Achieve daily tasks and measures.
