Health & Saefty Administrator required to join a busy and expanding company based in Rugeley. As an Administrator you will work closely with the Compliance Manager and HR Manager to ensure safe working practices.Your role as an Administrator will offer a variety of tasks essential to Health & Safety Operations:• Deal with general health & safety enquiries e.g. telephone, emails, liaising with other staff as necessary, and advising accordingly.• Responsible for recording and acknowledging any health & safety queries or concerns, tracking and monitoring progress against actions.• Ensure that all Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed, updated and communicated. • Maintain information in a confidential manner, adhering to GDPR.• Provide Health & safety administrative support to the Compliance & HR Manager•Ensure full and accurate health and safety and training records are maintained. • Create health & safety reports as required.• Input and import data onto the on-line health & safety system as necessaryExperience:We are seeking a dedicated Administrator who thrives in a supportive yet challenging environment. The ideal candidate will possess:• At least 12 months within an Administrative role with preferably with Health & Safety experience• Strong organisational abilities and effective time management skills.• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.• Computer Literacy including Word, Email and Excel to enable you to execute your daily tasks.This is an office based role working Monday to Friday 9.00am -5.00pm
