FANTASTIC HYBRID HR OPPORTUNITY!
We are currently recruiting for a large Global organisation , fixed term contract until 31st December 2025.
My client based in Cannock is looking to recruit a HR Advisor to support the team with their ER caseloads.
Daily duties will involve being the first point of contact for managers plus 1500 UK employes with employment related queries. Managing a centralised inbox and large volumes calls, you will be dealing with absence, sickness, training, grievances, disciplinaries and more. Depending on workloads you may be required to support with additional projects.
We are looking for someone with a minimum 2/3 years ER experience, who is confident, organised, can manage own workloads, multi task, and make independent decisions aswell as having a good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages.
Full time Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, 3 days in office and 2 days at home.
