Exciting Hybrid HR Opportunity!
We are seeking a talented HR Advisor for a prestigious global organisation on a fixed-term contract until roughly December 31, 2025.
Our client, located in Cannock, needs a dedicated HR Advisor to assist with their Employee Relations (ER) caseloads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for managers and 1500 UK employees regarding employment-related inquiries.
- Manage a central inbox and handle high volumes of calls.
- Address issues related to absence, sickness, training, grievances, disciplinaries, and more.
- Support additional projects as needed based on workload.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of ER experience.
- Confident, organised, and capable of managing your own workload.
- Ability to multitask and make independent decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
- Hybrid model: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
