Job Title: IT Support Engineer

Introduction

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide support for Microsoft desktop and server operating systems, as well as hardware.
- Manage and resolve technical incidents and requests from customers.
- Escalate issues from other Engineers and manage workloads effectively.
- Offer professional, timely support to all customers.
- Ensure tasks are completed within agreed time scales, handling occasional out-of-hours work when required.
What Experience is Required
- 4+ years of experience in a similar IT support or engineering role.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune.
- Strong knowledge of network management, including TCP/IP, VLANs, and firewall technologies.

Location
This position is based in Walsall and is easily commutable from surrounding towns including Wolverhampton, Birmingham, Cannock, and Sutton Coldfield.
