Quality Control Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Control Team Leader

Ideally with a strong background in Quality Assurance and control within the Manufacturing / Automotive industry

15.00 per hour - weekly pay

Days Monday to Thursday 8am to 4.30pm and Friday 8am to 2pm - plenty of overtime available

Based in Cannock

Experience of a Quality Control Team Leader

  • Proven experience in quality control or assurance
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards, including ISO
  • Excellent leadership and team management
  • Mechanics / Electrical / Automotive experience is an advantage
  • Strong problem solving skills

Responsibilities of a Quality Control Team Leader

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the quality control team
  • Ensure all products meet the required quality standards before shipment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
  • Mentor and train quality control team members
  • Develop corrective and preventative measures
  • Conduct internal audits and documentation
