Experience:

• Ability to produce programmable logic functions as configuration set-ups for a range of programmable switches, power controllers and lighting units.
• Proven experience in programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) programming and system integration within an industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of PLC hardware, ladder logic programming, and HMI (Human Machine Interface) design
• To act as the technical interface between the company sales department and customers. Providing technical support and advice to clients either from the office or at the customers premises. Also, when necessary, liaise with the company's engineering and manufacturing departments.
• An understanding Electronic Circuit Fundamentals - applying software and firmware to devices.
• Knowledge of advanced Boolean techniques (Mathematics).
• An understanding Electronic Circuit Fundamentals - applying software and firmware to devices.
• Knowledge of EMC compliance requirements and other relevant standards.
• Understanding of vehicle electronic systems, such as CAN Bus technology, and Industrial Network Protocols such as Ethernet, LIN, etc.
• Educated to degree level in Electronic Engineering / Automation you will also have:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Presentation skills for training
• Experience of collaboration within diverse teams
• An ability to analyse and resolve complex technical issues and excellent troubleshooting skills
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
• Electronic hardware experience
• Familiarity with electronic industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols
• The ability to work under pressure with a 'Can Do' attitude
