We have a proven track record of producing innovative products and having the ability to address market trends with the help of our in-house team of highly technical design engineers.

A vacancy exists at our UK facility for anexperiencedBusiness Development Managerwith the ability to, assist in the development of our international customer base. This will include large corporations and distributors. You must also have the ability to manage budgets, sales volume and pre-set sales targets. National and International travel is also a requirement and will involve attending and participating in exhibitions, customer visits, giving presentations and contributing to our yearly sales planning meetings. When not travelling candidatesmustbe based in our Hednesford office, therefore it would be advantageous for candidates to live within a 60 mile radius of Hednesford, Staffordshire (WS12 2FS)

This is not a remote or hybrid position.

Knowledge and experience of Technical Sales and Business Development Management is a vital necessity, and the suitable candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience of working within a similar telecommunications industry sector. The ability to understand our markets and extensive product range is essential, whilst having the drive and ambition to meet and exceed sales targets. Experience of working closely with Telecommunications design engineers, procurement staff, OEM customers and managers up to project development and director level is essential.

For this position a good knowledge of the Telecommunications market sector isrequired, and ideally this would be a market that you may have worked in previously.

Full in-house market and product training will be conducted, and will be on-going.
