Alexander Daniels are recruiting for a Junior Finance Assistant for leading business based in Cannock. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business and gain experience supporting the wider finance team. This is a 6 month FTC which has the opportunity to go permanent upon successful completion.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the administration of the Purchase ledger
- Maintaining accurate vendor data for all trading subsidiaries
- Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes
- Registering Purchase ledger queries & invoices
- Statement reconciliations
- Any other adhoc tasks as required
Essential requirements:
- Proven record within a relevant role
- Ability to work to strict deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy
- Keen eye for detail and ability to prioritise own workload
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
