Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and development.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the success of the English department.
Take part in extracurricular activities and school events as required.
The Ideal Candidate:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a relevant degree in English or a related subject.
Experience teaching English at secondary school level (ideally in Key Stage 3 and 4).
A passion for literature and a genuine commitment to student development.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Positive attitude and proactive approach to teaching and classroom management.
Ability to inspire and motivate students of varying abilities.
