About the Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the school by delivering pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the regular teacher. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to gain classroom experience, especially if you’re considering a future career in teaching!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver pre-set lesson plans across a variety of subjects for KS3 and KS4 students
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a productive learning environment
  • Support students’ learning and maintain focus on tasks assigned by their usual teachers
  • Provide feedback on lesson activities and students' progress for teaching staff to review
