Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Graduate Recruitment Resourcer to join our Canterbury team on a full-time basis. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about the education sector and have a flair for connecting with people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify potential candidates for various education roles, including teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Maintain and update our candidate database.
- Collaborate with recruitment consultants to understand client needs and requirements.
- Assist in creating engaging job advertisements and promoting them across various platforms.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Stay updated on industry trends and education market needs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is desirable but not essential.
- A strong interest in education and the recruitment process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and software is a plus.
