Sales Executive - up to £30k DOE - Renowned Manufacturing Firm based near Kent - Start ASAP

A leading building manufacturing firm are seeking a pro-active and forward-thinking Sales Executive to join their team ASAP! Being responsibly for driving sales growth and expanding their client base, the successful candidate must enjoy strong relationship management and thrive in a target environment!

What you’ll do-

Reporting to the head of Operations, you will work closely with internal teams, ensuring customer satisfaction and implementing sales strategies. Duties include (not all):

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the steel manufacturing sector.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate terms and close sales contracts.

Collaboration is super key for this position. Understanding your target audience and knowledge of the sector is super important, thus desirably a sales executive with a construction or manufacturing background is a plus, but not mandatory. Training will be provided!

Who you are -

Ideally a Sales Executive with at least two - three years’ prior with a positive and high energy outlook. The right candidate requires a team player attitude, who has fantastic negotiation and client management skills. A passion for sales is certainly a must.
