Connect2SocialWork are looking for a compassionate Deputy Manager for our client in Canterbury. If you have managerial experience working within a children's home and want to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable children, we want to hear from you.

This children's home is located in Canterbury and is currently rated "Outstanding"

The successful Deputy Manager will:

  • Have at least 2 years of experience of working in a children's home
  • Hold a Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care
  • Deliver high standards of care, leadership and child protection
  • Be confident and work well on their own initiative
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be a good decision maker
