Are you an experienced Machinist with good working knowledge of programming and operating multi-axis CNC machines?

Have you worked with metal throughout your career?

Whilst the environments vary between our clients, duties include:

  • Working in a team environment to programme, set and operate multi-axis CNC machines
  • Using a range of machinery, machining parts to specifications
  • Working with metal
  • Checking quality of machinery
  • Ensuring open communication regarding equipment, working with maintenance teams if it’s a problem you aren’t able to fix
  • Cleaning machinery as standard and maintaining H&S standards
  • All associated documentation
  • Working to production targets

We are looking for:

  • Proven experience using multi-axis machines to manufacture metal components – aerospace/defence/tooling backgrounds an advantage
  • A solid working history demonstrating reliability
  • The ability to programme/ set CNC machines – Fanuc experience would be a distinct advantage
  • A meticulous attention to detail
  • Flexibility and willingness to work multiple shift patterns
  • A great attitude
