Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice on all aspects of private client matters, including wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning.
- Manage an existing caseload, maintaining high standards of client care.
- Draft and review necessary documentation in line with legal standards and client expectations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing a personal and tailored service to meet each client's unique needs.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements and keep up-to-date with legislative changes.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor with a strong background in private client law.
- Proven experience in handling a broad range of private client matters with minimal supervision.
- 5 + years experience in a similar role
