Revit CAD Technician (MEPH)

Location: Canterbury, Kent

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Salary: Negotiable

Join our clients team based in Canterbury, where you'll contribute to key projects by developing Stage 4C/5 drawings and producing fully coordinated working drawings to a high standard. If you have experience with Revit MEPH & Fabrication Software, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD MEPH, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce fully coordinated drawings for installation, ensuring high-quality standards
  • Work as part of a collaborative team, communicating effectively with design and drawing teams
  • Handle deadlines and maintain flexibility in a dynamic work environment
  • Interrogate specifications, schedules, and technical submittals to ensure project standards are met
  • Adhere to company and project standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Revit MEPH, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD MEPH
  • Strong working knowledge of Building Services Coordination
  • Proficiency in MS Office products
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver on time
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Own transport is required
