Salary: £17.80 per hour

Job Type: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Mon - Fri

Job Description:

As a Maintenance and Electrical Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. You will be responsible for delivering a wide range of maintenance services, including:

• Boiler and steam systems
• Hot and cold water systems
• Low voltage electrical systems
• Fire alarm and detection systems
• Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Medical gas systems
• Drainage and waste water systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out maintenance tasks independently, analyzing problems and finding solutions.
• Utilize the Technical Solutions CAFM system for job tracking and reporting.
• Work overtime as needed to meet service requirements.
• Assist other trades as required.
• Prioritize patient needs and ensure a positive experience.
• Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualification in either a mechanical or electrical discipline
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Experience working in a healthcare environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
