Role Overview:

We are looking for a Revenue Assurance Analyst to join team in Canterbury, supporting the accuracy and efficiency of financial data. This role plays a key part in improving overall profit margins by reconciling large volumes of data and ensuring accurate billing processes. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure services are billed correctly, identify trends, and drive cost-saving initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform monthly reconciliation for various services, including broadband, phone lines, hosted services, mobile, and IT services.
  • Ensure cost and supplier data is accurate in the Symbill billing system.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in billing and supplier invoices.
  • Work closely with internal teams (billing, provisioning, commercial, and sales) to ensure services are billed correctly.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimise billing and cost management.
  • Liaise with suppliers to rectify billing errors and secure credits where applicable.
  • Produce monthly reports on savings and revenue improvements.

About You:

  • Experience in an office administration or purchase ledger role with a strong focus on attention to detail.
  • Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Proactive problem-solver who can challenge processes and suggest improvements.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across departments and with external suppliers.
  • Organised, with excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
  • A keen interest in financial processes and a customer-focused approach.

Salary & Benefits:

  • £25,000 - £27,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:30
