Job Purpose- Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, including monitoring all commercial aspects of portfolio management.
- Oversee junior team members, including managing workflow, reviewing work, and identifying training opportunities.
- Build professional relationships and adopt a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Support business development for the firm, identifying new service lines for your portfolio.
- Assist with the pitch and tender process for new work, preparing associated documents.
- Work closely with Partners to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are met.
- Identify and implement processes to improve the efficiency of the audit function.

- Experience managing a portfolio in UK practice
- Previous supervisory experience with good people management skills
- Strong working knowledge of audit software, such as Caseware
- Confident using the Microsoft Office suite
- Good time management and a positive, can-do attitude when working under pressure.
- A team player who is eager to support the wider team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbally.
