Grafton Banks Finance Ltd is pleased to be working with a well known accountancy practice in Kent. Our client is looking to recruit a qualified and experienced Audit Manager and will consider candidates across all of their Kent offices (Mid-East Kent). 

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and executing operational and monetary audits.
  • Developing references and reports centered on audits and offering these concepts to the management.
  • Ascertaining business process threats.
  • Developing professional development procedures for the low-ranking staff of the organisation.
  • Organising and distributing resources and manpower in harmony with abilities and schedules.
  • Produce reports underlining problems and providing prospective ways out.
  • To guarantee obedience with external and internal requirements.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Candidates will be ACCA or ACA qualified or equivalent.
  • Already have extensive hands on experience of leading the audit process. 
  • You will be able to communicate effectively and build strong relationships at all levels as well as providing outstanding customer service.
