Position: Finance Manager

Job Type: Full time/permanent & Hybrid (3 days in the office and 2 at home)

Salary: 50,000 - 52,000 per annum

As Finance Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the organisations mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the organisations budget, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing regular reports to senior management and the board of directors
  • Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and cash flow management
  • Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements
  • Collaborate with program managers to develop funding proposals and grant applications
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making processes
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions
  • Supervise and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager
