Role Overview:
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and attracting top-tier candidates for a wide range of roles within the education sector. Working closely with experienced consultants, you will help ensure that our clients receive only the best candidates, while providing candidates with an outstanding recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Use a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, databases, and networking, to find and engage with high-quality candidates
  • Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and suitability for specific roles
  • Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date pool of potential candidates, ensuring a strong talent pipeline for our clients
  • Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with both active and passive candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Recruitment Consultants and clients to understand staffing needs and requirements
  • Market Research: Keep up to date with trends in the education sector and recruitment best practices

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in recruitment or resourcing, ideally within the education sector, though we are open to candidates with recruitment experience from other industries
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive, motivated, and a team player
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and social media platforms is a plus
