SALES PROGRESSOR WANTED FOR BUSY ESTATE AGENTS

DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN ESTATE AGENCY AND WANT TO WORK FOR A SUCCESSFUL INDEPENDENT ESTATE AGENTS AS A SALES PROGRESSOR

BASIC SALARY TO £25-28,000 DOE

My client, a well established leading independent estate agency is looking to recruit a SALES PROGRESSOR with experience as a Sales Progressor or in another role within Residential Estate Agency.

This busy independent agent is looking for an Sales Progressor, someone that can work well under pressure and is able to communicate well on the phone and front of house. This position is very varied and can be demanding so excellent organisational skills and a good level of IT literacy are a MUST.

THIS POSITION IS MONDAY TO FRIDAY (WOULD CONSIDER 4 FULL DAYS A WEEK)

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors and other estate agents
  • Manage the companies pipelines through from sale agreed to completion
  • Work with the sales team to resolve any potential issues
  • Sending out memos, chasing access calls, dealing with surveyors and renegotiation
  • Helping clients complete legal paperwork
  • Organising daily work flow
  • Produce accurate completions projections for Directors

You will need:

  • Experience in Excel, Word & Outlook
  • Previous residential sales or progression experience
  • To work well under pressure
  • Good communication and organisation skills
  • Good, friendly telephone manner
  • Excellent coordination skills with good attention to detail
  • Be able to prioritise
  • Positive, friendly attitude
