We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Care Operative to join our team, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new residents in their new homes across East Kent.
What you'll do:
- Respond to resident requests and address property issues promptly and efficiently.
- Utilize your broad range of multi-trader skills to handle a variety of repairs, including:
* Plumbing
* Carpentry
* Minor building works
- Demonstrate your expertise in painting and decorating to refresh properties.
* Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with residents.
What you'll need:
- Proven experience in a multi-skilled trades role.
- Excellent painting and decorating skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for helping others and creating positive experiences.
* A valid driving license.
