* Plumbing* Carpentry* Minor building works

• Demonstrate your expertise in painting and decorating to refresh properties.

* Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with residents.What you'll need:

• Proven experience in a multi-skilled trades role.
• Excellent painting and decorating skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for helping others and creating positive experiences.
