Booking Administrator

EAC are representing a private healthcare organisation who are looking for Patient Booking Administrator to join their team, based onsite at Kent & Canterbury Hospital in Canterbury.

If you have experience in booking Patients in for appointment, then this could be the perfect position for you!

On Offer for the Patient Booking Administrator

• £12 per hour
• Monday - Friday hours (37.5 hrs a week)
• Weekly pay

Duties for Patient Booking Administrator:

• Calling patients on a waiting list

• Updating information on to the system

• Booking patients on to appointments

• Sending our appointment confirmation emails

The Ideal Patient Booking Administrator:

• Experienced speaking over the phone
• Excellent communication skills
• Experienced within Administration
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages
