About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher (Primary), you’ll have the chance to work in a range of schools, delivering engaging lessons to students from Year 5 to Year 11. Your focus will be on maintaining a positive classroom environment while ensuring students continue their learning in the absence of their regular teacher.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons across primary year groups.
- Maintain a positive, productive classroom atmosphere.
- Follow school policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all students.
- Provide feedback to the regular teacher regarding student progress and engagement.
- Adapt to different school settings and classroom dynamics.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching primary-aged students.
- Excellent classroom management and adaptability to new settings.
- A genuine passion for teaching and inspiring young learners.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
