JOB TITLE: HR Manager

LOCATION: Canterbury, Kent (free parking)

SALARY: £19ph to £21ph

TERM: Ongoing temporary, possible temp to perm

HOURS: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

Office Angels are proud to be working with this supportive business in their search for a new HR Manager. This is a temporary position starting almost immediately with a possible permanent position on offer. You will be working as part of the senior management team who will be on hand to offer support and training as you start in your new role. The offices are based close to train/bus stations so easily commutable, however free parking is also on offer.

The day to day duties in your new job would be:

  • All aspects of recruitment from writing job descriptions/person specs, interviewing through to recruitment checks, inductions and organising training
  • Sickness/absence management
  • Grievance processes
  • Disciplinaries
  • Holiday procedures
  • Reviews and appraisals
  • Flexible working request management
  • Day to day HR management
  • Completing contracts, offer letters, occupational health referrals and other HR documentation

We'd love to speak to candidates who:

  • Have HR Management experience
  • Are CIPD level 5 qualified (although not essential)
  • Are available immediately and happy to commit to a temporary role
